This policy describes how The Dailys Wear collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you browse our US clothing store, create an account, place an order, request a return, or contact us. It does not cover the independent privacy practices of payment providers, carriers, or websites that we do not control.
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, account credentials, shipping and billing addresses, clothing selections, size and color choices, order history, return details, and messages to customer support. If you create an account, we associate your orders and saved account details with that account. Please do not send payment-card details by email or through a support message.
Checkout may be provided by Stripe, PayPal, Square, or Authorize.Net. Payment credentials are entered into the selected provider's secure payment interface and are processed under that provider's privacy policy. The Dailys Wear receives transaction status, limited billing information, and a payment reference needed to complete, document, refund, or investigate the order; we do not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
Our servers and service providers may receive technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. The site uses browser local storage to keep your shopping bag, account session, and whether the welcome offer has already been shown. These features are used to provide the store and are not used by us to sell personal information.
We use personal information to operate the storefront; create and secure accounts; process payment; fulfill, ship, and track clothing orders; provide size, order, return, and customer support; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain inventory and business records; comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations; enforce our terms; and send marketing messages only where permitted. You may unsubscribe from promotional email at any time, but we may still send transactional messages about your orders or account.
We disclose only the information reasonably needed to vendors that support our business, including payment processors, hosting and cloud-storage providers, shipping carriers, email and customer-support providers, fraud-prevention services, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect customers or the store, address fraud or security incidents, or complete a merger, financing, sale, or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, returns, warranties, fraud prevention, tax and accounting records, disputes, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by record type. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, but no online system or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; obtain a portable copy; opt out of certain processing; or appeal a denied request. Our store sells clothing for adults and families but is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information should contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
