Effective and last updated July 13, 2026. Return, exchange, and refund terms for clothing purchased from The Dailys Wear.
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the carrier marks your order delivered. To start a return, email support@thedailyswear.com with your order number, the garment you want to return, and the reason. A return must be authorized before it is mailed so we can provide the correct return instructions and destination.
Returned clothing must be unworn except for a reasonable try-on, unwashed, unaltered, free from odor, stains, pet hair, deodorant, cosmetics, or other damage, and returned with its original tags and any included packaging. Proof of purchase from The Dailys Wear is required. We may reduce or deny a refund when an item is returned in a condition that prevents resale, except where prohibited by law.
Gift cards, items clearly marked final sale before purchase, personalized or altered garments, and intimate or hygiene-sensitive items whose protective seal has been removed are not returnable for change of mind. Worn, washed, or customer-damaged clothing is not eligible. These exclusions do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
For a standard size, fit, color, or change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee. If we sent the wrong garment or the item arrived damaged or defective, contact us before returning it; after verification, we will provide a prepaid return method or another appropriate remedy.
We inspect returns after they arrive. If approved, the merchandise price and applicable tax are refunded to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. If a return is rejected or receives a deduction, we will explain why using the contact information associated with the order.
For a different size or color, contact us during the 30-day return window. Exchanges depend on current inventory and are not reserved until the original garment is accepted. If the replacement is unavailable, we will issue an eligible refund to the original payment method rather than store credit unless you ask for another available option.
Inspect your order when it arrives. If a garment is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@thedailyswear.com promptly with the order number and clear photographs where helpful. Do not wash, wear, alter, or discard the item while the claim is being reviewed. Nothing in this policy limits warranties or consumer rights that apply by law.
A cancellation request may be submitted before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an order already being prepared can be stopped. After shipment, the normal return rules apply.
